Bonding adhesives are widely used for structural joints, concrete repairs, external cladding installation, steel reinforcement bonding, and anchoring heavy fixtures into masonry or concrete substrates.
Selection depends on the substrate materials (concrete, metal, wood), load requirements, environmental exposures (high temperature or moisture), and required curing speed. Our technical team is available to help you choose the ideal formula.
Curing times vary based on the specific formulation and temperature. Fast-setting bonding formulas can achieve initial strength within a few hours, while full structural curing typically takes between 24 to 72 hours.
They should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure containers are tightly sealed to prevent exposure to atmospheric moisture.
Always apply adhesives in well-ventilated areas, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety glasses, and carefully follow the specific guidelines listed in the product data sheet.
While most standard adhesives require dry surfaces, we offer specialized epoxy-based bonding agents specifically engineered to provide excellent adhesion even on damp concrete and moist substrates.
