Application of SpECcure WE involves specific techniques to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness in curing concrete:

Before applying SpECcure WE, the concrete surface should be free from surface water. It is crucial to allow the freshly placed concrete to settle and harden slightly before application.

SpECcure WE should be spray applied directly onto the surface. The nozzle should be held approximately 500mm from the concrete and moved back and forth to achieve complete coverage. This ensures that the compound creates a uniform film over the surface.

For maximum effectiveness, apply the curing compound as soon as possible after the concrete surface is dry enough to avoid removing any excess water. This helps in retaining moisture for effective curing.

SpECcure WE can be applied using various types of spraying equipment, such as knapsack units or P8 plastic spray units. It is important to clean all equipment thoroughly with water after use to prevent any residue buildup.

To achieve the best results, apply SpECcure WE at the recommended coverage rate of 4.5 to 5.5m² per litre.
