Application Instructions

Before applying SpECgrout PC, ensure that the pile caps are prepared correctly. The concrete surface must be free from oil, grease, or any loosely adherent material. If the surface is defective or has laitance, it must be cut back to a sound base.
Mixing
To mix the product, pour the entire contents of the hardener into the base container and mix until homogeneous. Then, transfer the mixed base and hardener into a suitable forced action mixer, ensuring that the entire volume is used. Add the specially graded aggregate and mix for 2-3 minutes or until a uniform colour is achieved.
Placing
It is crucial to place the grout within the pot life of the material. Unused material after the specified pot life will stiffen and should be discarded. The grout should then be smoothed to level using a steel trowel or screed bar.

All tools and equipment should be cleaned with SpECcoat Cleaning Fluid immediately after use to maintain their performance and longevity.
