Liquid applied coatings are cold or hot liquid membranes that cure into an elastic waterproofing shield. They are widely used on exposed roofs, balconies, wet areas, podiums, and complex architectural geometries.
Liquid coatings create a fully bonded, monolithic, and seamless membrane. Unlike sheet rolls, they eliminate overlapping seams, which are traditionally the weakest points where water leaks develop.
Most polyurethane coatings require a dry substrate, but we offer specialized moisture-tolerant primers and cementitious liquid coatings engineered specifically to bond tightly with green or damp concrete surfaces.
While our high-tensile coatings provide excellent standalone protection, embedding a specialized fiberglass or polyester reinforcement mesh is highly recommended over connection joints, corners, and dynamic cracks.
They must be stored in original, tightly sealed pails in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Keep them completely sheltered from direct sunlight, open flames, and moisture.
Absolutely. All our liquid applied waterproofing coatings are tested under strict international standards (ASTM) and comply fully with the insulation, sustainability, and durability criteria of the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
