To apply SpECcoat BC, you will need trowels, scrapers, filling knives, and squeegees for effective application.

Surface preparation for SpECcoat BC requires concrete surfaces to be fully cured and free from laitance, mould oil, and curing compounds. All steel substrates must be sound and free from loose or flaking material. Grit blasting is necessary to achieve a bright metal finish and ensure the surface is free of all contaminants before application.

The pot life of SpECcoat BC is 60±5 minutes.

When using SpECcoat BC, ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapors. Wear protective clothing, including gloves and eye protection. If the material contacts skin, rinse with water and soap. For eye contact, rinse with water and seek medical assistance. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention and do not induce vomiting.

The theoretical coverage rate of SpECcoat BC is 1.75 kg/m² at a thickness of 1 mm, but actual rates may vary based on substrate conditions.
